CARAMBA was incorporated in 1997 with the goals of introducing and providing premium quality Filipino products to the global market, contributing to the Philippines' export revenue and opening agricultural opportunities for Filipino farmers to benefit from.
       The first product launch in 1998 was embraced by the Filipino market, which eventually fueled CARAMBA's determination to distribute the unforgettable flavor in other parts of the world.
       By utilizing the locally grown crops for its products, CARAMBA has given Filipino farmers a means by which to compete and earn in the global economy and provide an avenue to showcase the excellence of locally grown produce.
        In 2006, Abmarac Corporation transferred the Caramba plant from Los Baños to San Juan City to meet the rising demand of the local market and to serve international sales orders.
        You will find CARAMBA products complementing dishes served in restaurants, bars and cafés such as Yellow Cab Pizza Co., Army Navy Club, Brothers' Burger, Manila Southwoods, Grilla's, Shakey's, and Culinaria among others.
        CARAMBA's current production has grown multiple times as much as the initial over the years, and every bottle is brimful with only the finest chili the Philippines has to offer.        A flatbread that Spanish explorers discovered from the Aztecs, tortillas are made from ground corn and wheat. The word "tortilla" is from the Spanish word "torta" which means "round cake" and is eaten all-year round.
       A staple food for many centuries, tortillas can be eaten by itself or be prepared as the base for tacos, burritos, quesadillas and enchiladas. Our soft tortillas are guaranteed fresh and will give you delectable dishes that you will come back for.
       Our tortilla chips or nachos are made from our fresh tortillas, deep-fried to a perfect golden crisp, the perfect compliment for dips and salsa.

Packaging:
Soft tortillas are available in 6 to 12" diameter loaves, ordered in (6-8) kilos. Nachos are available in 180 and 500 gm packs .

       Depending on the needs of our clients, Caramba formulates different specialty sauces apart from our trademark hot sauces.
       We concoct customized sauces, among others, barbecue sauces, marinara sauces and pizza sauces for our bulk-order clients.
       Our customized sauces are prepared in gallons and can be packaged according to our client's specifications.
